Exchange Policy
At Abaya Collection by JB, our customers are our top priority. Our customer care team is here to assist you every step of the way if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!
Domestic Orders:
Valid Days for Exchange: Any item purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase. For customers opting for the online exchange process with a valid reason, courier charges for exchange pickup will be waived.
Proof of Purchase: This includes your online order confirmation email.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, with all tags intact.
- Packing should be in its original condition, with the original invoice included.
- A valid reason for the exchange must be stated, such as defects, wrong size, or incorrect item. Articles delivered in boxes, like abayas, must be returned in their original packaging.
Note: Despite efforts to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings and lighting conditions. Variations do not qualify as valid reasons for exchange.
Process for Online Exchange: The online exchange process typically takes 7-10 days to complete once verified. If you’re dissatisfied with an item or received the wrong size, you’ll need to send the item back to our head office. For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange pickup from your doorstep.
Items Not Allowed for Exchange: Items purchased on discount or during sales are not eligible for exchange. For sale items, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons, and the exchange process may take longer than usual.

*Important Note: Please take pictures of the package before opening your order and keep them with you until you find your complete order intact. This will help us resolve any complaints in a timely manner in case you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
Return and Refund Policy
Abaya Collection by JB does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your item. Please refer to the above-mentioned exchange policy for details.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not provided in cash. Instead, customers will receive a coupon of the same value, valid for our online store only, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please review your coupon for further details.
Order Cancellation:
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your invoice and order tracking ID. Once the product has been delivered, our exchange policy will apply to your order.
Abaya Collection by JB reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
- The item is out of stock.
- Pricing errors.
- Credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
